What we do
Six things. Pick one and it tells you exactly what the job covers. If what you need is not on the list, ask — it is probably still a yes. Every job gets a free visit and a written price before anything starts.
Lawn mowing
Cut, trimmed along fences and beds, edges cleaned up, and the walks and driveway blown off before we leave.
Fall and spring cleanups
Leaves and winter debris pulled off the lawn, out of the beds, and away from the foundation, then loaded up and hauled off.
Mulch, beds and hedges
Beds weeded and re-edged, hedges and shrubs cut back, fresh mulch laid to an even depth. New plantings if you want them.
Pressure washing
Driveways, walks, patios, decks and siding. The dirt comes off in one pass and you can see the line where we stopped.
Hauling and junk removal
Brush piles, yard waste, and garage or basement cleanouts taken away in one trip. Dump fees are in the price we quote you.
Moving help and labor
Heavy lifting, loading and unloading, and the jobs that just need a second set of hands for a few hours.

What happens when you call
Nobody is going to pressure you into anything. It goes like this.
You call or text
Tell us your town and what needs doing. The form works too if you would rather not talk. We call or text you back to set up a time to come look.
We come out and look at it
We walk the property, measure what we need to, and give you a written price. No pitch, and nothing owed for the visit.
We put it on the schedule
If the price works, we pick a date. You get a text the day before we show up.

Who shows up
IronRoot Property Services is a locally owned lawn care and property maintenance business serving Huntingdon Valley and the surrounding Bucks and Montgomery County townships. It's founded and run by its owner.
We handle lawn mowing, trimming and edging, weeding, mulch installation, hedge trimming, seasonal yard cleanups, pressure washing, junk removal, hauling, and general property maintenance — from weekly lawn care to one-time jobs of any size.
When you hire IronRoot, you are dealing directly with the owner, not a large company. We show up when scheduled, communicate clearly, give you an upfront written price, and make sure the property is clean and the job is done right before we leave.
Call or text. We pick up between jobs.
Free visit, written price, nothing owed either way.

Questions people ask
If yours is not here, call and ask. You will get me, not a call centre.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. We come out, look at the property, and give you a written price. You are not charged for that visit and you are not obligated to book.
What areas do you cover?
Huntingdon Valley, Southampton, Feasterville, Bryn Athyn, Holland, Richboro, Bensalem, Hatboro, Abington and Willow Grove, plus the surrounding parts of Montgomery and Bucks County. If you are outside that, call and ask anyway — it depends on the job.
Do I have to pay for the estimate?
No. We come out, walk the property, and give you a written price. Nothing is owed for that visit and you are under no obligation to book the work.
How soon can you come out?
Call or text and we will tell you what the next few days actually look like — it moves with the weather and the season, so any number we put on a website would be wrong by November. Storm cleanups and anything urgent we try to work in sooner.
How do you price a fall cleanup?
We come out and look at the property first, then give you the price in writing. It depends on the lot size, how many trees you have, and whether the leaves get hauled off or left at the curb. The visit is free and you are not obligated to book.
What will you haul away, and what will you not take?
Tell us what you have and we will tell you straight whether we can take it. Some things need a special disposal route — anything with fuel in it, chemicals, tires — so ask before the day rather than on it. Whatever disposal costs, you hear it in the written price before we start.
